Description:
Two-stage expander to implant reconstruction after nipple-sparing mastectomies
42-year-old female with left breast cancer who underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies with immediate placement of tissue expanders. At the time of her second stage surgery, the expanders were exchanged for 640 cc silicone implants and fat grafting was performed to her bilateral breasts. After photos taken 3 years after her second stage surgery.
