Description:
Two-stage expander to implant reconstruction after nipple-sparing mastectomies
46-year-old female with right breast cancer who underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies with immediate reconstruction using placement of tissue expanders. At the time of her second stage surgery, expanders were exchanged for 485 cc silicone implants and fat grafting was performed to her bilateral breasts. After photos taken 6 months after her second stage surgery.
