Case #15924

Description:

72-year-old female with a diagnosis of left breast cancer. She underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate reconstruction using latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flaps and placement of tissue expanders. At the time of her second stage surgery, expanders were exchanged for 695 cc silicone implants, and autologous fat grafting was performed at the same time as a bilateral skin-tightening mastopexy in conjunction with bilateral nipple reconstruction. She also underwent areola restoration with nipple tattooing techniques. After photos were taken 6 months following her second stage surgery.
