Description:

59-year-old female with a diagnosis of left breast cancer. She underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate reconstruction using latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap reconstruction and placement of tissue expanders. At the time of her second stage surgery, expanders were exchanged for 560 cc (right) and 605 (left) silicone implants, autologous fat grafting was performed, as was a skin-tightening mastopexy and bilateral nipple reconstruction. She also underwent areola restoration using 3D-tattooing techniques. After photos were taken 6 months following her second stage surgery.
