Description:

57-year-old female with a diagnosis of right breast cancer. She underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate reconstruction using latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flaps and placement of tissue expanders. At the time of her second stage surgery, expanders were exchanged for 470 cc silicone implants, autologous fat grafting was performed, as was bilateral nipple reconstruction. She elected to not undergo areola restoration with tattoos. After photos were taken 6 months following her second stage surgery.
