Description:

73-year-old female with a diagnosis of right breast cancer and a prior breast augmentation. She underwent removal of her prior breast implants, bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flaps and placement of tissue expanders. At the time of her second stage surgery, expanders were exchanged for 605 cc silicone implants, autologous fat grafting was performed, as was a skin-tightening mastopexy and bilateral nipple reconstruction. She also underwent areola restoration using 3D-tattooing techniques. After photos were taken 1.5 years following her second stage surgery.
