Description:
This 38-year-old patient had a prior breast augmentation performed years ago. She was bothered by gravitational changes to her breasts. She underwent an implant exchange, mastopexy (breast lift), and placement of galaflex. Her implants were removed and replaced with 445 cc moderate profile (right) and 375 cc moderate profile (left) silicone implants. After photos are 3 months post-op.
