Co-pays, Coinsurance & Deductibles

Co-pays, coinsurance, and deductibles are due at time of service.  For your convenience, we accept cash, check and most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX).  Please check your insurance policy for co-pay and deductible requirements.

Cosmetassure

For our elective cosmetic procedures, Cohn Plastic Surgery participates with CosmetAssure, a program that is exclusively available to active and candidate members of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.  Complications from cosmetic procedures are rare, but when they do occur, most traditional insurance companies will not cover the cost of the complications, even if it is considered medically necessary.  For no additional cost to the patient, CosmetAssure is in place to protect you financially.  Visit their website, at www.cosmetassure.com, for the details about the covered procedures, covered complications, and full benefit information.
