Description:
This 62-year-old patient had a prior breast augmentation performed years ago. She felt too large chested and elected to undergo implant exchange with bilateral mastopexy (breast lift). Her implants were removed and replaced with 120 cc (right) and 100 cc (left) saline implants. After photos are 6 months post-op.
