Reconstructive Breast Surgery
Description:
46-year-old female with a prior history of right breast cancer and bilateral mastectomies. She underwent delayed, bilateral breast reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders. At the time of her second stage surgery, expanders were exchanged for 525 cc silicone implants and fat grafting was performed to her bilateral breasts. The patient did not desire to undergo nipple reconstruction. After photos were taken 1 year following her second stage surgery.
