Many men spend significant time exercising and watching what they eat, but they are unable to attain the lean, toned bodies they’ve worked for. Stubborn fat deposits that are resistant to diet and exercise can be frustrating to deal with.
Male liposuction removes excess fat with minimal scarring or downtime and provides men with the improvement in contour they desire.
If stubborn fat deposits are getting in the way of you feeling like the best, most-confident version of yourself, male liposuction may be right for you.
What Can Male Liposuction Do?
Reveal Toned Body Contours
Some men work out consistently in hopes of achieving their ideal body contour. However, fat can camouflage toned muscles underneath it. Unwanted fat deposits can hide your firm chest and abdomen, creating a more plump appearance.
Male liposuction can be performed on various areas of the body to remove and contour excessive fatty tissue, leaving behind a more sculpted, leaner body appearance.
Remove Stubborn Fat
Sometimes even a consistent diet and exercise program is not enough to remove stubborn fat. Despite all efforts to contour your body naturally, you may be unhappy with your weight loss results.
Liposuction for men works to eliminate stubborn fat deposits and enhance your appearance. This often leaves patients with results that make them happier and more confident than with results they could achieve with non-surgical efforts alone.
Help Clothes Fit Comfortably
No one likes wearing clothes that do not fit properly, and when you suffer from unwanted fat deposits on your body, you may notice that your clothing fits tighter than you’d like.
Liposuction helps men achieve a slimmer, more attractive appearance to expand their clothing options, allowing them to feel more comfortable in their favorite articles of clothing.
The Liposuction Procedure
-
Liposuction can be performed on many areas of the body.
Common areas men have treated with liposuction include:
- Lower abdomen
- Flanks/posterior waistline
- Chest
- Hips
- Upper arms
- Love handles
-
Male liposuction is performed using IV sedation or general anesthesia to ensure your comfort.
-
First, Dr. Cohn will inject a solution into the treatment area that reduces bleeding. This solution contains medication to help minimize bruising and pain after your liposuction procedure.
Small incisions will be made in inconspicuous locations to limit scarring. Dr. Cohn will then use a small cannula to remove excess fat.
-
After the excess fat is removed, incisions are closed.
Patients are then moved to our recovery room.
